Refund policy

We hope you love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, eligible merchandise may be returned within 10 days of purchase for store credit only.

Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The original receipt issued at the time of purchase is required.
• Items must be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.
• Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
• Items must be free from damage, odors, stains, or signs of use.

Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as a Thirty One Well Bar Gift Card. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

• Vintage and thrift items
• Sale and clearance merchandise
• Earrings and pierced jewelry
• Bath, body, self-care, and personal care products
• Food, beverages, and consumable products
• Any opened product
• Gift cards
• Workshop, class, and event registrations
• Custom, special-order, or personalized items
• Purchases made using a Downtown Orillia Gift Card

Damaged or Defective Items

If you believe an item is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase. Items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Refusal

Thirty One Well Bar reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
